Mark Voelker is a closet writer, hacker sailor, and fulltime outdoorsman, who has worked 29 years as a railroad trainman to support these habits. He has published both his fiction and nonfiction in magazines and newspapers throughout the Northwest such as 48 Degrees North, The Sailing Magazine, The Lake Times, The Mercury News, and Flathead Valley Community College’s Arts Journals. He lives and plays near Kalispell Montana with his dog Edgar, and any unsuspecting person he can con into an adventure.
