Kelly Apgar is a life-long resident of the Flathead Valley, Montana and the great, great granddaughter of Milo Apgar, whose original 1891 homestead became Apgar Village in Glacier National Park. Kelly is a full-time artist and is involved in numerous art groups and galleries throughout the Northwest. She and her husband, Glenn Gardner, live near Somers, Montana in a log home and studio they designed and built themselves. Kelly specializes in the use of Cattle Markers, oil paint sticks originally designed to mark livestock.
